TEXAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 851

This course is designed around the education curriculum written by the Texas Real Estate Commission and its outline. It is the curriculum required for TRECs Real Estate Property Management course (30 Hour Course). This includes: 

Basics of Professional Property Management, the Feasibility of Property Management, establishing a Marketing Plan, the Management Operations for client property, establishing Owner Relations, creating a Market Analysis and Management of Housing for various forms of property, the different types of Leases, establishing Tenant Relations, the Federal, State, and Local Laws for providing housing, the Maintenance and Construction of client property, the different forms of Commercial Property Management, the Risk and Environmental Issues of managing client property, and the Safety and Security issues for Property Managers and Staff.
