CURRENT ISSUES IN WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE 2026-2027

The Real Estate CORE course is designed for Washington State real estate professionals who want to strengthen their understanding of modern business practices, professional standards, and regulatory compliance in today’s evolving real estate environment. This course is updated every two years and is a 3 Hour requirement to renew your license. 

Through practical explanations, real-world scenarios, and clear connections to Washington law and Department of Licensing expectations, this course focuses on the issues brokers face most often in daily practice—and the areas most likely to lead to complaints or disciplinary action if misunderstood.

Students will explore professionalism in client interactions, managing broker responsibilities, multiple-offer best practices, advertising and recordkeeping compliance, agency and supervision issues, and broker personal safety. Emphasis is placed on risk awareness, ethical decision-making, and protecting both consumers and your license.
